The trend is to create outdoor living spaces with every imaginable

amenity for outdoor entertaining and amusement.

Looking at the other side of the coin for a moment, is your property

neighbor and wildlife friendly? Has your accessorizing caused your

neighbors grief every time they look outside to enjoy the beauty of

the season? Are they subjected to a full view of all your worldly

outdoor possessions?

If so, take time out to think if you have infringed on their state of

peace and tranquility by not taking the appropriate measures for

concealment.

More importantly, how green is your garden? Did you allow some

natural space for the resident wildlife to have a safe haven sheltered from

the elements and predators. Or is it devoid of anything alive due to

complete land clearing to maximize your outdoor summer fun?

In order to maintain a harmonious balance, with nature, our neighbors

and preserving our environment, we really need to take a self imposed

custodial position on what we do with our property. We can do our

share in offsetting global warming by preserving and respecting our

land.
