Letter to Councilman Creighton re: right to freedom of speech (Authors - Helene and Carl Fallica) NOTE: This letter was written in
response to Councilman Creighton's daughter who spoke at the July 15, 2008 Smithtown Town Board Meeting. Essentially from the point of view of Local Views it was censoring speech; a given in our Constitution. We must never forget that what makes this country strong are the provisions of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press.
