Retain the servides of PRO-VIDE Inc., to secure the unsafe structure known as "Bavarian Inn", located at 422 Smithtown Blvd., Lake Ronkonkoma, in the Town of Smithtown, New York, designated as SCTM #0800-171-5-15, at an estimated cost of $3,600.00 and to further authorize the Assessor, pursuant to Town Code, to recoup expenses associated with the costs to secure said building by placing it on the next tax bill.
