Town Board Work Session 03/10/09

1) One Site Plan to consider on "Kondenar"; west side of Southern Blvd. (much controversial re zoning). Zone change from LI to WSI. Ready for approval subject to conditions. Pieces going from residential to office; change of use; modifications to site; permits required; numerous variances from the BZA.

2) Councilman McCarthy has new interest in underground and above ground parking as well as changing restrictions on building heights.
3) The Supervisor returns and opens up the discussion of the day.
