Town Board Work Session 04/14/09

A discussion involving Councilman McCarthy regarding change of zoning in the
WSI ( Wholesale and Service Industry) corridor on Route 25, east of Main Street in Smithtown -- brings in the issue of conflict of interest as the councilman has empty property since closing his car dealerships. Where is this going and should he be involved?
