UNEQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW...
At a Town Board Meeting sparks were
ignited when the Supervisor wouldn't listen
to the plight of residents of St. James
who for 30 years have endured a private school Carnival annually on their doorsteps. Other issues also were aired at this meeting, FOILS and Superintendent Dan Ryan spoke, this time passionately, about the state of the roads in Smithtown; pleading on behalf of residents for a budget to cover the needed work.
