A Smithtown resident who for many years was denied the right to increase the size of his home on a considerably large lot in Fort Salonga has, as a last resort, instituted a legal procedure against the Town of Smithtown.
This is an example of just one resident who has received unequal protection of the Law directly related to the management in the Town of Smithtown, including its departments.
