Another Town Board Meeting done in record time. The resolutions were read by Councilman McCarthy who spun past all the negative SEQRA (State Environmental Quality Review Act) and the LWRP's (Local Waterfront Review Program).
  One particular negative was the TD Bank on Lake Avenue in St. James, that is to be erected on the property which has been occupied for many years by an auto body shop. A negative SEQRA means that no environmental impact study needs to be done.
