Town Board Meeting 01/06/09

How can a town benefit from a six minute board meeting, an agenda that provides no transparency,
a work session where in the Supervisor
finds an excuse not to participate,
and the majority of a council that will not cooperate in order to improve a flawed system when it is pointed out to them.
